Your logo stays on your computer
The logo you upload is processed entirely in your browser. It is never sent to our servers, and we never see it.
What we store
When you download your files, we store:
- your name and work email address, and the company domain taken from it;
- whether you ticked "Keep me posted";
- which file you downloaded first and the name of your logo file;
- the date and time.
Why
- To know who uses the tool and possibly contact you about it. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in following up on a free tool you chose to use. You can object at any time.
- To send you news about Login.works tools and articles, only if you ticked "Keep me posted". Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who has access
Only the Login.works team. Your details are stored in our workspace tools: Notion (where we keep the list) and Slack (where the team is notified), and the site is hosted by Vercel. These providers may process data outside the European Union under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We never sell or share your details.
How long
Up to 24 months after your last interaction with us, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to their use, by writing to info@login.works. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD (cnpd.pt).
